2. How many check in stations need scanning? Choose the number of computers that may scan guests at the same time. We recommend one scanner per active station.
3. Do you need scanner hardware? Choose plan only if you already have a compatible Plustek or Thales scanner installed.
4. What will you scan? Choose passport support only if your front desk needs to scan passport photo pages.
5. Do you need UV security feature capture? Compatible scanners capture ultraviolet security features for staff review. UV capture does not guarantee that an ID is authentic.

How does annual billing work?

The large price is the monthly equivalent. Starter is $360 per station paid annually ($30/month). Professional is $550 per station paid annually (about $45.83/month). Scanner hardware is purchased separately.

When is a scanner included?

The Professional 3-year plan includes an eligible scanner per station for $1,650 paid upfront. Choose the Plustek X Cube 1000, X Mini 2000, or X 50. Other models and Starter are excluded.

Can I use my existing scanner?

If you have a compatible Plustek or Thales scanner, select the software-only option in the calculator. Professional software-only pricing is $1,500 per station paid upfront for 3 years. Book a demo to confirm compatibility.

Do I need a plan for every computer?

You need one plan for each active scanning station. Use the calculator to see the total for your station count, or contact us about a multi-property setup.

Is setup help included?

Your order includes remote installation, support, and training, plus free scanner shipping and a 30 day money back guarantee.
